Please note that delivery times are estimates and occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance or postal service disruptions.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
Tracking information may take 2-5 days to update in the system.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
PawSmart is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If you receive your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately at pawsmart6@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the damage. We will happily arrange a replacement or refund for you.
